Buying pre-loved, safely

    Your money waits until it arrives

    You pay securely through Razorpay. The seller isn't paid when you pay: we hold the money until the piece is delivered and you confirm it arrived as described (or 48 hours after delivery if we haven't heard from you).

    A full refund if it isn't as described

    Report a problem from your order within 24 hours of delivery, with photos. If it's the wrong item, has damage that wasn't shown, isn't authentic or never arrived, you get a full refund to your original payment method in 5–7 working days.

    No fakes

    Counterfeits and replicas aren't allowed. Every listing's photos, brand, description and price are checked before it goes live, and anything that doesn't look right is turned away.

    Know what you're getting

    Each piece has 4–6 photos, the size and measurements, and one of three condition grades: Unused (never worn), Like New (worn once or twice) or Gently Used (light wear, shown in the photos). Questions? Chat with the seller in the app before you buy.

    What isn't covered

    Every piece is pre-loved and one of a kind, so there are no change-of-mind returns. Check the measurements and ask the seller anything before you buy.
