Safe for buyers and sellers

• Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live.
• Buyers pay securely at checkout.
• Sellers book a courier pickup from the app, and the buyer can track the parcel.
• The seller is paid within 5–7 days of delivery, once the buyer confirms the piece arrived as described, or 48 hours pass without a problem being reported.
• If a piece isn't as described, the buyer can report it within 24 hours of delivery.
