Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026.

JJ PHIRSE ENTERPRISES LLP ("Phir Se") explains what data we collect and why, under the IT Act 2000 and SPDI Rules 2011.

What we collect

• Account: name, email address (used to sign in with a code, or via Google or Apple sign-in), mobile number (for deliveries and order updates), @username, profile photo and bio.

• Selling: payout details (UPI or bank account), pickup address, listing photos and descriptions.

• Buying: delivery addresses and order history.

• Messages: chats with other users, including photos and videos you share, and offers.

• Reviews and reports you write.

• Device: a push-notification token (so we can send you notifications), and crash and performance reports.

• Usage: items viewed, saved, searched and bought, measured with our own analytics to improve the product; never shown to other users. We don't use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To run your account, match buyers and sellers, process payments and payouts, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, and improve Phir Se. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to run the service:

• Razorpay (payments). We never see or store your full card or bank login details.

• Our courier partner, Delhivery (the name, phone number and address needed to deliver or collect a parcel).

• Supabase (secure cloud hosting of the app and its data).

• Expo, Apple and Google (delivering push notifications).

• Resend (sending emails such as sign-in codes and order confirmations).

• Sentry (crash and error reports, used to fix problems).

• Google or Apple, if you choose to sign in with them.

A buyer or seller you trade with sees only what the trade needs (for example, a seller sees the delivery name and address on the parcel). We do not sell your personal data.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion in-app. After a short review and cool-off period, we anonymise your personal data (name, contacts, addresses, payout details are irreversibly scrubbed) while keeping the minimum transaction records the law requires, in de-identified form. Your listings are withdrawn from sale but retained (they, along with your order and review history, stay linked to a "Deleted user").

Security

Encrypted in transit and at rest; access is restricted per user.

Children

Phir Se is not intended for anyone under 18.
