Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Phir Se account at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

Open the Phir Se app, go to Account, then Settings, and tap Delete account. Your account will be deleted in 7 days. You can cancel your request before that if you change your mind.

By email

If you can't use the app, email connect@phirse.in from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm your request and delete your account within 7 days.

What happens to your data

Your name, email, phone number, profile photo, addresses and payout details are removed, and your listings are taken off sale. We keep the minimum order and payment records the law requires, in a form that no longer identifies you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
