Phir Se is operated by JJ PHIRSE ENTERPRISES LLP, Dariya Mahal, Nepeansea Road, Mumbai 400006. By using Phir Se you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

What Phir Se is

Phir Se is an online marketplace connecting individual buyers and sellers of pre-owned and surplus premium and luxury fashion. We are an intermediary: the sale is between buyer and seller.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

Selling

• List only items you own and may lawfully sell; descriptions, condition and photos must be honest.

• No counterfeits, replicas, stolen or unlawful goods. Listings are curated and may be rejected.

• Ship the exact item described within the stated window.

• We charge 15% commission on completed sales; payouts go to your UPI/bank once the buyer confirms the item arrived as described, within 5–7 days of delivery.

Buying

Payment is taken securely at checkout through Razorpay. The seller is paid only after delivery: once you confirm the item arrived as described, or 48 hours after delivery if we haven't heard from you. Report any problem within 24 hours of delivery.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store full payment credentials.

Disputes

If an item is not as described, use Report a problem in the app within 24 hours of delivery. Phir Se reviews it and may refund the buyer or pay the seller.

Your content and conduct

You are responsible for what you post: listings, photos, videos, chat messages, reviews and your profile. Phir Se has zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content and behaviour, including harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual or violent content, scams, fraud, counterfeits and asking to be paid outside Phir Se.

• You can report any listing, chat or profile, and block anyone, from inside the app.

• We review reports promptly (aiming for within 24 hours), remove content that breaks these Terms, and may restrict or close the accounts responsible.

Liability

As an intermediary, Phir Se is not liable for the acts of buyers or sellers beyond our stated buyer-protection process, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
